1 recipe pizza dough
1 cup freshly shredded provolone cheese
2 tsps. garlic salt
2 tsps. dried basil

Step 1:  Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough until about 1/4 inch thickness.  Move to cookie sheet, pizza pan or stone that you will be baking it on. Slice into sticks of your desired size.  Then evenly sprinkle on the cheese, basil and garlic salt (I find it difficult to find provolone in blocks at the store, so I buy it in deli slices and shred it at home (trust me it is worth it)).  

Step 2: Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven, until cheese is golden brown.  Enjoy!
