Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
(Makes One 14in. Pizza):
2 cups Unbleached All Purpose Four
3tbps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil First Cold Press
1tsp. Salt
1 1/2tsps. Active Dry Yeast
3/4 cup warm tap water

Directions:
Step 1: Using a mixer with a dough hook, add the flour, salt and yeast and combine.
Step 2: With the mixer on a low speed add in the olive oil and warm water slowly allowing the ingredients to combine.  Continue to mix until the dough comes together and the sides of the mixer bowl are clean.
Step 3: Using olive oil to grease a large bowl, add dough ball and cover with plastic wrap until doubled in bulk.  I like to also cover the bowl with a towel to create a warm environment for the dough to rise.
Step 4: After dough has risen, flour your counter top and roll out dough until desired thickness.
Step 5: Place dough on to your favorite cookie sheet, pizza stone or pizza pan. (I recently discovered this and will never make a pizza on anything else, it is that good! http://www.amazon.com/Calphalon-Classic-Bakeware-16-Inch-Nonstick/dp/B0009EYIWI/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1380398712&sr=8-15&keywords=calphalon+cookware+sheet)
Step 6: Top with your favorite sauce, cheese and toppings :)  Bake at 450 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
