Pizza Sauce

6oz. can of tomato paste
6oz. warm water
2tsps. minced garlic
2tbsps. honey
1/4tsp. dried oregano
1/4tsp. dried marjoram
1/4tsp. dried basil
1/4tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8tsp. dried red pepper flakes (I like to add a bit more for a little spice)
1/2tsp. kosher salt

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.  Let simmer for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry and mix together using a whisk.
Step 2: Let cool and top use to top your pizza or freeze in zip-locks and lay flat in the freezer for quick thawing later.
