2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsps. sugar
1 1/4 cup butter milk or skim milk
4 tbsps. maple syrup
4 tbsps. melted butter
1/4 cup sprinkles
Step 1:Combine the wet ingredients and whisk together. Then add the dry ingredients except the flour and sprinkles, whisk to combine. Finally add in the flour and sprinkles.
Step 2: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your mini muffin tin with canola oil. Then fill each opening 3/4 the way and bake for 9-11 minutes until cooked through and have a light golden brown color around the edges.
Step 3: Remove and let cool, so yummy enjoy! Recipe makes about 44 mini muffins.
