Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

Pita Bread ( or your favorite brand)
2 tbsps. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter melted
Parchment Paper

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, cut pita bread into medium sized chips.  Place them on a cookie sheet, using a pastry brush lightly brush each chip with butter (doesn't need to coat).  Then combine the sugar and cinnamon, using a spoon sprinkle across the pita chips.  Bake for 5 minutes in the oven (more if you want them to be crispy).
Step 2: Enjoy!
