White Chocolate Peppermint Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup chopped white chocolate peppermint candy melts

Yields: 28-30 Cookies

Directions:
Step 1 - Mix all of the ingredients together except the white chocolate peppermint pieces. Pre-heat your over to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the ingredients come together finally add your white chocolate pieces and mix to incorporate.

Step 2 - Bake for 9-10 minutes, then remove and let cool on a cooling rack.  Enjoy!!
