Buttercream Frosting

7 tbsps butter (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsps. vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 2-3 tbsps. Milk
4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

Step 1 - Use the whisk attachment on your mixer to whip the butter for 20-30 seconds, slowly add in the remaining ingredients until they evenly incorporate (scrapping the sides a couple times). Add food coloring if desired, great consistency for piping too!
