Hibachi Chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb. organic chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsps. local honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Step 1 - Have all your ingredients ready, cut your chicken breast into 1 inch pieces approximately (the more evenly it is cut the more evenly it will cook) and place into a bowl. Place the soy sauce, garlic and honey over the chicken. Stir and cover with lid or plastic wrap, let marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

Step 2 - Heat up a large skillet on medium high with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 tbsps. of the marinade liquid. Remove chicken from the remaining liquid and add carefully to the pan (making sure you don't splatter the hot liquid in the skillet). Sprinkle in pepper and cook tossing occasionally making sure all sides are cooked through thoroughly  (a good test to know if it is done is cutting through the middle of a piece , it should be white (not pink meaning it is still raw)). You can toss in your favorite veggies at the end for a couple minutes to make a great meal!
