Summer Veggie Red Kale Salad


Ingredients:
3 cups torn organic red kale
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 cup snow peas
1/8 cup thinly sliced red onions 
3 tbsps. white wine vinaigrette (Recipe)

Directions:
Step 1 - Rinse your kale then tear away pieces from the ribs (which can be very bitter) and place in a bowl. Add your dressing and massage into your kale using your hands for 30 seconds (I know, sounds weird but it breaks down the fiberous nature of the kale and makes a much better salad).
Step 2 - Sprinkle the parmesan cheese, snow peas and red onions over the top. Enjoy!
