"How To" Roast Garlic

Ingredients:
1 Whole Head of Garlic
Aluminum Foil
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Baking Dish

Directions:
Step 1 - Carefully cut the top part of the entire head of garlic off, then remove as much of the remaining paper. Place on a section of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil (about 1 tsp).
Step 2 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Enclose the garlic tightly in the aluminum foil and place in a baking dish (I used a glass Pyrex dish, this will ensure nothing leaks onto the bottom of your oven creating a mess).
Step 3 - Bake for approximately 40 minutes and remove, let cool before handling. Unwrap and squeeze from the bottom, the sweet roasted garlic will add depth to humus or anything else you might be cooking. Enjoy!!
