Vanilla Mini Cupcakes w/Coconut Lime Frosting

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix prepared, add 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract to the mix
3 cups confectioners sugar
juice/zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Directions:
Step 1 - Bake your mini cupcakes and let cool to room temperature. Prepare your frosting by whisking together the confectioners sugar, melted butter and lime zest/juice until a smooth frosting comes together. Spread over each mini cupcake and sprinkle with the coconut flakes, so yummy!
