Spicy Sauteed Edamame & Mushroom Pasta

1 cup frozen and shelled edamame
1 cup fresh organic mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic finely minced 
2 tbsps. organic extra virgin olive oil
1 cup pasta of your choice cooked aldente

Step 1 - Sauté your mushrooms and edamame over low-medium heat in the olive oil with seasonings, stirring occasionally (about 8-10 minutes). Cook your pasta aldente according to package instructions, then add to your veggies and bring up to medium heat tossing for another 2-3 minutes.  Serve immediately, enjoy!
