12 ounces of cold water
1 green tea bag (decaffeinated or caffeinated)
2 slices of lime
4 organic mint leaves
Step 1 - Muddle the lime and mint for 5 seconds at the bottom of your glass, then pour cold water and place your tea bag inside. Let steep for 10 minutes , I even refilled my glass a second time with water and the ingredients still were vibrant. Enjoy!
