Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 1/3 cups unbleached whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 tbsps. organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tsps. salt
2 tsps. active dry yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water

Step 1 - Combine your dry ingredients then slowly add in your olive oil, molasses and water until the dough comes together leaving the sides of the bowl clean.  Place in an oiled bowl turning the dough ball to coat.  Then cover with plastic wrap and a towel, set aside until doubled in bulk (about 1.5 hours).
Step 2 - Remove towel and plastic wrap, place on a lightly floured surface. Divide in half and roll out (should make two 16 inch pizzas).  Place on a pizza stone dusted with corn meal, top with your favorites and bake in a 475 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.   Enjoy!  I think it tastes a lot like Mellow Mushroom :)
