Lego Minifigure Themed Cake

Ingredients:
box cake mix, prepare using the egg white recipe
Lego minifigure silicone cake mold
frosting
food Coloring
ziplock bags
muffin cups

Directions:
Step 1 - Prepare the cake mix using the egg white version on the box, spray silicone baker with canola spray and set on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2 - Fill the silicone baker with 1/2 the cake batter, bake for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown in  color.  Test by placing a toothpick into the center and if it is baked all the way through it will come out clean. Let cool before frosting or decorating.  I set the entire silicone baker onto my cooling rack.
Step 3 - Use the remaining batter to make cupcakes or a second minifigure.  Color your frosting to your specific theme, then place into empty snack size ziplock bags snipping the corner.  Then pipe out your frosting onto your figure :) Have fun!
