Healthy Triple Berry Milkshake

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
2-4 tbsps. flaxseeds
2 cups vanilla almond milk

Step 1 - Place all of your ingrdients into your blender and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth.  Makes enough for a family, or for yourself and make healthy popsicles for your kids :)
