Garlic Basil Pesto Dipping Herbs

1/4 cup fresh organic basil leaves rinsed
1 large organic garlic clove
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsps. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. organic olive oil

Step 1 - Place all of the ingredients in your food processor (I used a small 2 cup food processor), then grind on high speed for 15-20 seconds.  Serve with fresh bread and add extra olive oil to the plate when ready to serve.  This is my imitation recipe from some well known fancy restaurants. Enjoy!
