Fluffy Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsps. cold butter, cubed
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Step 1 - Place your dry ingredients into your mixer with the paddle or dough hook attachment.  Run on low speed for 30 seconds to evenly disperse the ingredients.  Then still on low speed add in your cubed butter and slowly add your milk until the dough comes together.
Step 2 - Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Remove dough onto a floured countertop and roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Using a biscuit cutter, cut your biscuit rounds and place on baking sheet (this recipe yields 10-12 biscuits depending on size).
Step 3 - Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, remove onto cooling rack.  So light and fluffy, a new favorite of my family. Enjoy!
