Olive Oil Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsps. active dry yeast
2 tsps. sugar
3 tbsps. olive oil (set aside one extra tbsp. for brushing the loaf)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder to sprinkle
1/4 tsp. kosher salt to sprinkle

Directions:
Step 1 - Place your flour, salt, yeast and sugar in your mixer using the dough hook. Run on low speed for 30 seconds.  Slowly add in your very warm water and olive oil.  The dough should be tacky and for the most part leave the sides of the bowl clean.
Step 2 - Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap until doubled in size.  Then remove and form into a loaf, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.  Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.
Step 3 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place loaf on top, bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
