Doughnut Frosting

2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsps. butter melted
1 tbsp. skim milk
Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, whisk together until there are no clumps. Add food coloring if you wish and make sure to evenly distribute the color. Let cool for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, then hand dip each doughnut and top with your favorite sprinkles :)
