1 lb. of dry noodles, your shape of choice
4 tbsps. butter
1/3 cup skim milk
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup shredded provolone cheese
Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles in a large pot of salted water until aldente in texture (The noodles will finish cooking while in the oven).
Step 2: Drain the noodles, turn off the burner and place back in warm pan. Add the cheese and stir, it is important not to add the other ingredients until the cheese has melted.
Step 3: Add the butter and milk, stir to incorporate. Spray a baking dish (I used a square pyrex) lightly with canola spray. Add your macaroni and bake for 30 minutes.
