Cinnamon Sugar Soft Pretzels

Ingredients for Dough:
5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
4 tsps. active dry yeast
1.5 cups hot water
1.5 tsps. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus 1 tsp. to help activate yeast)

Ingredients for Wash:
4 cups hot water
1/2 baking soda
 Kosher Salt for topping
 
Ingredients for Topping:
3 tbsps. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

Step 2: When pretzels finish baking, do not sprinkle with salt instead lightly brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar while hot.  Enjoy!
