Ingredients;
2.5 cups all purpose unbleached flour
2 tbsps. granulated sugar
1.5 tsps. salt
2 tsps. active dry yeast
1-1 1/4 cups hot water
Topping: 1 tbsp. honey melted
Yields: 12 Rolls
Directions:
Step 1: Combine all of the dry ingredients and blend using the dough hook on your mixer for 30 seconds. Then slowly add the water until the dough comes together (this isn't a firm dough, so should not be dry).
Step 2: Line a cake pan or rectangular dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with canola oil. Using a cookie/ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough into even portions and roll into a ball. Place each in the pan slightly apart from one another. Cover container with plastic wrap and then place a towel over the top. Let rest until doubled in bulk 1-1.5hrs.
Step 3: Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and lightly brush with melted honey, then bake for 15-18 minutes depending on your oven.
Step 4: Remove onto a cooling rack and lightly brush with the remaining honey. Enjoy!!!
