Strawberry & Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh kale
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
2 cups ice
1.5 cups water

Directions:
Step 1 - Put everything into your blender, run on high setting (or liquefy if you don't have a Vitamix) for 45seconds or until desired consistency is reached.  The color of this smoothie isn't that great, however once you taste this delicious and fresh smoothie you will be impressed.  Enjoy this nutrition packed drink!
