Individual Layered Berry Trifles

3 cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp. fresh raspberry jam
Blueberries for topping

Step 1 – Whip up your heavy whipping cream with the confectioners’ sugar. Divide in half and to one half fold in the raspberry jam. Place both varieties in pipping bags. Layer twice in individual dishes (crumbled lady fingers-whipped cream-crumbled ladyfingers-raspberry whipped cream), then finish with two lady fingers and a few blueberries. Freeze for 1-3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
