Honey Lemon Vinaigerette



Ingredients:
1/4 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 cup Organic extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. Honey (local if possible)

Directions:
Step 1 - Combine all of your ingredients and cover with a lid. Shake vigorously to emulsify, such a healthy twist on dressing...yummy!!
