6 small flour tortillas
1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt
Step 1 – Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush both sides of all the tortillas with olive oil, place in a large stack. Cut into chip sized pieces and place spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 10-12 minutes depending on your oven. Remove and serve warm or place on a cooling rack to cool then store in an air tight container. I made these when I forgot to buy some at the store and needed some in a pinch. Enjoy!
