Fattoush Salad

2 romaine hearts diced and rinsed
1/4 red onion sliced
3 roma tomatoes diced
1/2 english cucumber sliced
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4-1/3 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsps. ground sumac
1 tbsp. finely diced parsley

Step 1 - Place your romaine, tomato, red onion and cucumber in a large bowl. In a seperate jar or bowl whisk together your dressing ingredients together to emulsify, pour over salad and toss to evenly coat. Such a fresh and delightful addition to any meal!
