Garlic & Parmesan Croutons

1/2 loaf of artisan or country bread
2 tsps. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 tbsps. organic olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Step 1 - Cut up your bread into thick 1 inch slices (I had 4 slices) then cut into cubes (1 inch approximately). Place into a large bowl, first drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the seasonings on top, then toss to coat and spread out evenly on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees  until perfectly crispy, let cool then add to take your salad to the next level!
