4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
Step 1 - Use a heavy bottomed sauce pan, place your ingredients in and whisk on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Continue whisking for 2 minutes or until the mixture is 200 degrees. Remove from heat, the longer you let cool the thicker it will become. Can be stored In a sealed container in the fridge and reheated as needed for a week, enjoy!
