Italian Vinaigrette

2 tbsps. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. dried parsley 
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 small garlic clove grated

Step 1 - Assemble your ingredients and have either a dressing bottle or a container with a lid would also work fine.  Put all of your ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds and use immediately so the vinegar/oil do not separate.  Light, healthy and refreshing!
