1 lb. spaghetti
(1) 12.8oz. package of smoked sausage (I used one with andouille)
1 medium onion halved & thinly sliced
3 cups grape tomatoes halved
2 cups fresh basil leaves
4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Step 1 - In a large stock pot or dutch oven place all of your ingredients except the parmesan. If you have a pot if you have one large enough to lay the spaghetti flat that would be great but not necessary. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally. Once done stir in parmesan and serve, I couldn't believe how easy it was!
