Organic Kale Salad with Vinaigrette


Ingredients:
2 cups organic kale rinsed and patted dry
2 tbsps. Red Wine Vinaigrette
2 tbsps. thinly sliced red onion
2 baby bell peppers sliced
2 tbsps. freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Step 1 - Place your kale in the bowl and pour the dressing over the top, then using your hands massage the dressing into the kale for 30 seconds (this will make the kale more appitizing and less fiberous to chew). Then top with the red onion, bell pepper and freshy grated cheese over the top.  Enjoy, this was a big hit in my house!
