Broccoli Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
3/4lb. dry pasta
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup colby jack cheese
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
4 tbsps. butter cubed
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Step 1 - Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 8x8 baking dish with canola spray.  Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt an cook the pasta shape of your choice to aldente (it will finish cooking in the oven).  With 1 minute left throw in the broccoli to blanch (quick cook), then drain the pasta and broccoli. 
Step 2 - Add in your cheese (set aside 1/4 cup of the cheese to sprinkle over the top) stir until melted evenly.  Then add in your milk and butter, finally put the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the set aside cheese over the top. Bake for 25 minutes, enjoy!
