Homemade Almond Milk

4 cups filtered water
1 cup whole almonds
1 tsp. honey
cheese cloth

Step 1 - Let the almonds soak in the water for 4 hours.
Step 2 - Pour the water and almonds into your blender.  Run on high speed for 1 minute, then add in your honey and blend for another 15 seconds.
Step 3 - Take 4 layers of cheese cloth and slowly pour the mixture over the cheese cloth over a large measuring cup to catch the almond pulp.  Store in a large container with a lid (glass is best) and discard the pulp. My kids love this even more than the store brands.
