Cherry, Banana & Kale Smoothie


Ingredients:
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup frozen organic kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup frozen grapes
1 cup cold water
1 banana


Directions:
Step 1: Place your greek yogurt in the blender first (I use a Vitamix), then add in the remaining ingredients.  Blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency.  Enjoy!
