Yogurt & Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
6oz. cup light/greek raspberry or strawberry yogurt
6 frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen peach
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach
3/4 cup cold water
 
Directions:
Step 1: Combine all of your ingredients into your blender, run on high speed for 30-45 seconds until blended completely.  Looks gross, but is one of my families favorites!
