Yogurt Berry Smoothie

 
Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (I used a blueberry, raspberry & blackberry mix)
3/4 cup frozen kale
1 (6 oz.) container light or greek yogurt of your choice (I used light strawberry yogurt)
3/4 cup cold water
 
Directions:
Step 1: First place your berries into your blender, then add the water until it just covers the berries, then add the remaining ingredients in your blender.
Step 2: Blend on high setting for 45 seconds and enjoy, this is delicious!
