Fresh Garlic Hummus

1 can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
1/4 tahini
4 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp. kosher salt
3-4 garlic cloves peeled
Yields: Approx. 2 Cups
Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients into your food processor or blender.  Run on high speed (using the tamper if you own a Vitamix or scraping the sides and running a second time if you are using a food processor) for 1 minute. 
Step 2: Serve with your favorite pita chips, veggies or crackers. Enjoy!
