Refreshing Morning Smoothie

1 cup skim milk (or soy)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 lemon peeled
6 baby carrots
1 celery stalk
1/4 cup grapes
(Optional (I didn't use) - banana to add extra sweetness)

Yields: 2 Smoothies or 1 Large Smoothie

Step 1: Put the milk in first, then add in the fruits and veggies.  Blend on high speed for 30 seconds, enjoy!!
