Kale & Grape Smoothie

 
 

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh kale 
1 banana
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 orange
1 tsps. honey
2 cups ice
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Step 1: Peel the banana and orange and add to your blender. Then rinse the kale and your grapes, and add to the blender.  Drizzle the honey, then add the ice and water.
Step 2: Blend on the liquefy setting for 2 minutes or until an even consistency is reached.  This is a new discovery for me and my entire family loves it :)  Enjoy!
