Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks

Ingredients:
(For Dough)
2 cups Unbleached All Purpose Four
3tbps. Extra Virgin Olive Oil First Cold Press
1tsp. Salt
1 1/2tsps. Active Dry Yeast
3/4 cup warm tap water

(For Topping)
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsps. Melted Butter

Directions:
Step 1: Using a mixer with a dough hook, add the flour, salt and yeast and combine.
Step 2: With the mixer on a low speed add in the olive oil and warm water slowly allowing the ingredients to combine.  Continue to mix until the dough comes together and the sides of the mixer bowl are clean.
Step 3: Using olive oil to grease a large bowl, add dough ball and cover with plastic wrap until doubled in bulk.  I like to also cover the bowl with a towel to create a warm environment for the dough to rise.
Step 4: After dough has risen, rip small handfuls of dough and roll between your hands (approx. 6-9 inches).  Place strips of dough close together, continue until done.
Step 5: Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with cheese and garlic salt evenly. Allow to rise for 45 minutes.
Step 5: Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees and bake for 9-11 minutes (until golden brown on the bottom). Enjoy!
