Tuscan Hummus

3 medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
15.5 oz. can drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
1/4 cup sesame paste (tahini)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 tsps. soy sauce
1 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. teaspoons ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 roma tomato seeded and chopped

Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients except tomato and parsley in your food processor, grind until desired consistency is reached (I didn't add water, but if you want extra creamy you can add a tablespoon of cold water until desired consistency). 
Step 2: Remove with a spatula into serving bowl, add topping of chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley.
