1 lb. of your favorite noodle shape (I prefer Barilla)
4 tbsps. of salted butter
1/3 cup milk
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt to taste. Add your noodles and cook until aldente and drain pasta. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Turn the burner off and add the drained pasta to the pan. Add the cheddar cheese and mix. Once melted, add in the butter and milk until combined.
Step 3: Lightly spray a square baking dish with canola oil, then add the macaroni and cheese.
Step 4: Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Step 5: Bake for 30 minutes, then enjoy!
