Steamed Veggies w/ Homemade Rice Pilaf


Ingredients:
5-6 cups of a variety of freshly steamed veggies
6-8 cups Rice Pilaf

Directions:
Step 1 – Go to your local market and pick up a variety of veggies that are in season. Clean and prepare them and then steam them. Make your homemade pilaf (my kids favorite, super flavorful), scoop and top with a pile of veggies. This is great as is or you could always add some sauce of your liking. Enjoy!
