Grilled Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced sweet onion
1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice
1 tbsp. organic extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Tortillas
S & P to taste 

Directions:
Step 1 - Preheat a skillet on medium high temperature with the olive oil in pan. Toss in your veggies and stir occasionally adding seasoning for 4-5 minutes. Add to tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. So yummy, enjoy!
