3 ripe avacados
1 1/2 tsps. freshly minced garlic
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tsps. cilantro chopped
1 tsp. minced jalapeƱo
1 roma tomato deseeded and chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Yields: 4-6 servings

Step 1 - Remove the avacados from the skin and pit, place in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until desired thickness. Add your remaining ingredients and stir to incorporate. Delicious, enjoy!
