Crispy Parmesan Kale Chips

1 bunch of organic kale
1.5 tbsps. organic olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 - Peel off the kale in large pieces of the main rib (you don't want this, it is bitter). Rinse and dry, toss in a large bowl with the olive oil. Then place on two parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with kosher salt and parmesan. Bake using the convection setting on 375 degrees for 10 minutes, rotating half way through (if your oven doesn't have a convection setting then just add 3-4 minutes onto the baking time). Enjoy, my family cat get enough!
