5 small-medium sized organic russet potatoes cut into wedges
1 tbsp. organic olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
4 tsps. garlic powder
6 tbsps. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Directions:
Step 1 - Clean your potatoes and cut into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3 - Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, perfect side to any dish. I also put a lined baking sheet with aluminum foil underneath to prevent anything burning on the bottom of the oven. Enjoy!
