Homemade Garlic Cheesy Naan Bread

Ingredients:
Dough
1 1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsps. active dry yeast
5 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 tbsp. kosher salt
2 3/4 unbleached all purpose flour
canola or olive oil spray
Topping:
2 tbsps. organic extra virgin olive oil
2 green onions thinly sliced
3/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. kosher salt


Directions:
Step 1 - In your mixer bowl place the water a pinch of sugar and sprinkle the yeast on top. What sit until foamy or about 10 minutes.in the meantime, minced your five cloves of garlic finely. And prepare your other ingredients.
Step 2 - Then place your flour, salt, garlic in your mixing bowl on top of the water/yeast mixture. Using the gel hook attachment, run on low speed until the dough comes together. The Joe should be sticky but yet still pull away from the sides of the mixing bowl. If your dog is too sticky you can always add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. What your machine do the work for you, run on low speed once the dough it has come together for about 3 to 4 minutes to knead it.
Step 3 - Remove the dough ball with your hands and spray The mixing bowl with canola spray or olive oil. Place the doughballs back in the mixing bowl turning to coat then cover with plastic wrap and a clean kitchen towel.what sit until doubled in bulk 1 to 2 hours or you can place a heating pad on low under the mixing bowl to speed up the process to about 45 minutes. While it is rising finally chop your green onions and shredded your provolone cheese. Then set in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Step 4 - Preheat your oven to 525° or if your oven will not set that high turn to broil. Place a pizza stone for baking sheet in the oven while it is heating up.once up to temperature remove the pizza stone and sat on the stove, sprinkle lightly with cornmeal. Remove your dough from the bowl and divide in half. 
Step 5 - Using your hands take half of the dough and stretch into a large oval shape then place on one half of the pizza stone, repeat this process with the second half of the dough. Start by brushing the loaves with olive oil, then sprinkle both ovals with the provolone cheese, kosher salt and green onions.
Step 6 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is a bubbly golden brown. Enjoy with your family, this is a favorite of ours!
